We have had a busy week in Bay Tree Class this week.  Our PSD work has been a focus this week.   We have been learning about the media and making our own news programme.  For this we went on a walk in the community to see if there was anything happening in the community.  We found some animals and also had fun on the park to show the different areas and which we preferred,  We have then been in class videoing our reports to show what has been happening in our school and community.

This week, alongside all of our other learning, we have had 2 events.  On Monday afternoon we had an open afternoon.  Our class had a bonfire theme and we enjoyed exploring different bonfire activities.  The decorating biscuits was a definite favourite for most of the class.  It was great to see the parents that came and we enjoyed showing them what we get up to in Bay Tree Class.

On Thursday we were invited to sixth form for a bistro afternoon.  We went over to Sixth Form and were greeted by students.  They took our orders and served us drinks and toast.  This was enjoyed by all who went.

Have a wonderful weekend – let’s hope it isn’t going to be as cold!
