We have had a very busy week in Seedlings class this week. On Wednesday we had our open evening it was lovely to see some of our parents there and some of our new children who will be starting with us in September and there families. It was a lovely evening and we can’t wait to show off our new classroom from September that is coming on extremely well now.

We had a practice this week for our Sports day which is on the 9th of July, we were very proud of our children as again this can be quite daunting for them. The hall was busy with lots of children from lower school all practicing their races and skills. Our children joined in very well and are excited for Tuesday to put their practice to the test!!

On Friday it was our very special Graduation in the morning for all our little Seedlings who come as part of our inclusion sessions every week. All of the children this time are going to school, we are so very proud of them and wish them all the best for there futures at big school!!! We also say goodbye to Ellis, Jay and Luke from our Seedlings class who are moving up into Bay Tree class from Sept. We know they are ready for this next chapter of learning and are so proud of them too! We also had a very special courage and determination award presented to Jay during Graduation, which was a surprise to him and his mum during the ceremony which was extra special. We were so happy for jay to receive this award as after a tricky year for him it is very well deserved. Well done Jay!!

Graduation was fantastic we had a lovely party with music, dancing a bubble machine and party food yummy! The children all enjoyed the morning and it was lovely to see family and friends at school too.

So after a very busy week the children had a lovely afternoon on Friday in the sensory room with calming music and we even got to watch a little bit of Pepper Pig as a special treat for all being so good at Graduation.

Well done to all our children

See you all next week

Love from Seedlings xxx
