As this week is mental health awareness week, in Bay Tree class we have been taking part in a range of lovely activities with our friends and staff members. We have talked about our feelings and discussed what things we like to do to make us feel happy or calm. We then rounded off our week by taking part in a range of these activities, which was very good for our mental health and as I’m sure you can see, we absolutely loved! We hope you get the chance to do something that makes you smile this weekend too.
