Happy New Year

Happy New Year!  It was lovely to see a happy and smiley face on everyone as they returned after their Christmas break.  We have hopefully made lots of the staff happy too with the lunches that our catering students have started to prepare.  The group made a fantastic veggie chilli by applying all of their knife skills to chop the vegetables and, once prepared, sold all of the 12 jacket potatoes that they cooked!  We are going to buy even more next week in the hope that we will have even more customers!
