Pine Tree Bugs!

This week in our Science lessons, we have introduced to Pine Tree our very own caterpillar pets, we are very excited to see them grow into butterflies! Some of us have been getting a little messy with soil, making our very own worm house.

We have been exploring Kirkham on a bug hunt.  We have observed our bugs through magnifying glasses, looking at the features of these including, their colours, wings and the number of legs each creature has. Snails, woodlice, ants and centipedes were just some of our many findings!
