Design Technology in Pine Tree

This week we have been learning about Textiles in our Design Technology lessons. We have explored different textiles and materials and enjoyed doing a weaving activity using pieces of material and fabrics. We have designed a fabric bag using our favourite textiles to sew, glue and weave these onto our canvas bags.

On Thursday we celebrated the Kings Coronation. We spent the day learning about the coronation and participating in a range of cultural capital experiences to promote understanding for this momentous occasion and had a scrumptious lunch which included a buffet and shortbread crowns.
