Maple Tree Class: Wheels!

In Design Technology we have been learning and looking at wheels! We explored the different patterns that different wheels make on paper by rolling them in paint then rolling them down paper ramps.

We also made our very own cars! We used plastic straws and wooden wheels to make axles. 

We went on a wild hunt around the classroom to find and explore different wheels and compare sizes. 

We even created our own car designs We are going to make our own cars out of cereal boxes and decorate them based on the designs we made.
