Seedlings: Literacy Week

Happy Thursday everyone!

This week in seedlings we have been exploring story books that have got buttons/levers. As part of sensory exploration we have been touching and feeling different textures, by doing this we have been able to explore the various sensations. The children really liked it when they pressed a button in a book and the book then made an animal noise. 

In our attention autism sessions the children have particularly enjoyed Humpty Dumpty. This is where we sing the nursery rhyme and then drop the eggs off the wall which then smash.
