Seedlings: Miss Polly had a Dolly

This week in Seedlings we have carried on learning all about Doctors and Nurses as it links to our theme ‘People who help us’.

Our classroom provision has consisted of Doctors small world, Doctors role play and x-ray pictures of body parts. The children have enjoyed exploring on ‘Help kidz learn’, particularly the five poorly dinosaurs.

We have been lucky with the nice weather at the beginning of the week so our outside provision has consisted of lots of different tactile sensory trays such as water, sand and soil.

In this weeks Attention Autism we have watched as Emily has made our poorly dolly better again. In stage 3 the children been taking turns splatting white paint on black card with their hands to represent a x-rays image.
