Sixth Form: First Aid

This week in PSD, we have been learning all about First aid and how to help our friends if they need it. We have been looking at the dangers involved when an accident happens and what we need to do when helping our friends and how to keep ourselves safe. Students understood that they need to assess the situation and make sure there are no dangers around before offering help. They also knew who to call if there was an emergency and what services are available. Some students also explored all the items in a first aid box and had a go at being wrapped in a foil blanket and bandages. Keep up the good work guys!
