The Tiger who came to tea in Seedlings

This week in seedlings we really enjoyed having parents come to see us in class and look at what we have been focusing on this week! It was especially fun when they joined us in our morning circle time saying hello and singing our new song “Walking in the jungle”.

Our focus activity this week has been linked to our literacy reading targets. We have been exploring the sensory story “The Tiger who came to tea”. The children have thoroughly enjoyed this story using all the props and matching them to the pages within the book.

Our attention autism has also followed our theme of “The Tiger who came to tea”. The children have been super excited about our brand new box toys! And enjoyed getting hands on with splatting paint to create our tiger picture along with Emily.
