Bay Tree Class: Welcome back!

Welcome back Bay Tree!

We’ve had a very busy first week back in Bay Tree. This week our Attention Autism has been focussed on volume and capacity and we have been watching Emily pour different quantities of water into different sized bottles to create a colourful waterfall. We then had lots of fun taking turns exploring with water play in class and matching bottles that are empty, half full and full. 

We have been very lucky to have snow and ice this week, which has made our outdoor play very fun and exciting! 

On Friday we had Inspiration Day, where we followed our dreams and immersed ourselves into Never-never Land, looking at the story of ‘Peter Pan’.  We went into caves, explored a pirate ship and swung from the rigging. 

We look forward to another fun filled week next week.
