Sixth Form: Catering

This week in Catering, the pupils have been making salsa. They have been learning how to hold a knife correctly and practicing their chopping skills. The students have learnt how to chop tomatoes and have tried to not cry when chopping the onions! They have also been writing their own set of instructions explaining to people how to make hot dogs. Finally, the students followed these instructions and made their own hotdogs!
