Hi everybody!

It's been MADD week at Pear Tree School this week which stands for Music, Art, Dance and Drama.  It's been a fantastic week of activities planned by Alex with different things to do each day.

On Monday, we made crepe paper flowers for a garland or headband.  We found folding and cutting the paper a bit tricky, but in the end, the flowers looked beautiful.

On Tuesday, we were dancing around the world with Paula.  We throroughly enjoyed the dancing styles from each country, India and Bollywood dancing were definitely our favourites.

On Wednesday, Aaron took us around the world in 80 animals for a taste of role-play and drama.  The tigers were very scary!  In the afternoon we used water pistonls to paint canvases in warm and cool colours.

On Thursday John Morrow took us around the world again, but this time it was with music.  We loved listening to and joining in with the rhythms and melodies he was playing.

On Friday it was zumba and we lovd dancing along to the 90s dance classics.
