Exploring technology in Seedlings

Happy Friday everyone!

This week in Seedlings we have had tuffs trays full of cotton wool Christmas trees which the children could paint. We have also had other trays with Christmas sprinkles in. The children really enjoyed hearing the sound of the sprinkles fall onto the tray. This weeks targets have been based on technology. Some of our learners have been exploring remote control cars, pressing the buttons watching which direction the car would go in.  also been exploring touch screen technology such as the iPad and the interactive whiteboard. Some students have also been exploring switch work.

Our stage 2 Attention Autism sessions has been focused on Christmas lemonade fountains. We watched Alice pour salt into the bottles full of coloured lemonade and watched the lemonade fizz over making a fountain!
