Pine Tree - Internet Safety

This week in PSD lessons our learning has been focused on the topic ‘Internet Safety and Harms’. We have been learning about the benefits of the internet and what it can be used for, for example shopping, contacting family, listening to favourite songs, finding out information and playing games.
We have engaged in discussions about online actions towards others and the impact these can have on people’s wellbeing. We took part in activities developing our understanding of what we can do and who we can ask for help should we be using the internet and we were unsure of something that appeared on screen and generally how to remain safe when accessing and using the internet on different devices.
