This week in Seedlings we have carried on with our maths topic with our focus on shapes.

 

The children have been exploring with different types of insert puzzles where they've been matching the right shapes to the spaces, they've also been encouraged to push objects through different shaped holes.

 

We used different types of resources like, paint, glitter, crayons and chalk to get creative decorating our own shapes, this went down really well.

 

This weeks attention autism was another messy one where we dropped eggs full of paint whilst we sang 'humpty dumpty'.

 

The children particularly enjoyed it when the eggs went SPLAT!! and all the different colours mixed together.
